Shaped the visual direction for youth proposition within NatWest’s core app experience, aligning it with the wider brand while meeting evolving teen expectations. Explored multiple visual directions, validated concepts with teenage users, and developed reusable templates and guidelines to enable consistent, scalable implementation across the core product.
